Exchanges & Refunds

For change of mind, we will gladly offer an exchange to the value of purchased goods, less shipping costs. You will need to contact us at info@zoiacollections.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Refunds are not available for change of mind.
​
If your item is faulty due to manufacturer faults, please contact us at info@zoiacollections.com.au to arrange full refund at the purchase price of the goods less shipping costs.

Exchanges / refunds will not be processed until returned goods have been received by us.
​
Return shipping costs will be at the purchaser’s expense. For exchanges, goods must be unworn and in their original condition.
